1Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("T&C", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 499g ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms govern all use of the 499g website, mobile interface, games, betting markets, payment services, and any other features or services made available through the 499g platform.
By registering an account, logging in, or otherwise using any part of the 499g platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register or use the 499g platform.
499g reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. 2Definitions
In these Terms, the following words and phrases carry the meanings defined below unless the context clearly requires otherwise.
3Eligibility Requirements
Access to and use of the 499g platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. You represent and warrant that you meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on every subsequent occasion that you use the platform.
- You are at least 21 years of age. 499g strictly enforces a minimum age requirement of 21 years. Underage gambling is illegal and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
- You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party, business entity, or organisation.
- You have not been excluded from the platform by a prior self-exclusion request, a support-initiated exclusion, or any court or regulatory order.
- You are not depositing funds that originate from criminal activity, and you understand that 499g takes anti-money laundering obligations seriously.
- You understand that online gaming may be subject to legal restrictions in your jurisdiction and accept full personal responsibility for verifying whether your participation is lawful.
4Account Registration and Security
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on the 499g platform. Registering, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in account suspension. When registering, you agree to the following obligations.
- You will provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your password or one-time passwords (OTPs) with any other person under any circumstances.
- You must notify 499g immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
- You accept that all activity conducted through your account, including any bets placed, deposits made, or withdrawals requested, is your sole responsibility regardless of whether you authorised the specific action.
- You will keep your contact information current. If your registered mobile number changes, you must update it promptly to maintain account recovery access.
499g will never contact you via SMS, WhatsApp, or social media to request your password, full OTP, or payment PIN. Any such message claiming to originate from 499g is fraudulent. Report suspected phishing attempts to [email protected] immediately.

5Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms
All financial transactions on the 499g platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 499g supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and selected bank transfer methods. The following conditions apply to all transactions.
- Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned after deducting any applicable processing costs.
- Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless 499g has approved an alternative in writing. The withdrawal method must be registered in the same name as your 499g account.
- 499g may require identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal. This may include submission of a national identity document, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership.
- Balances that include active bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements cannot be fully withdrawn until all applicable rollover conditions have been satisfied.
- 499g does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or your bank) may apply their own transaction charges, which are beyond 499g's control.
6Bonuses and Promotional Terms
499g offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.
- All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
- Bonuses are valid only for the player account to which they are credited. Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash outside of the stated rollover process, or combined with other promotions unless explicitly permitted.
- Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, exploiting technical errors to generate bonus credits, or placing opposing bets across accounts — will result in forfeiture of all bonus balances and may result in permanent account closure.
- Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid only on the specific game or games stated in the offer. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds subject to the stated wagering requirement.
- 499g reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Any bonus credited in error will be reclaimed by 499g regardless of whether it has been partially or fully wagered.
Seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, Eid, or Pohela Boishakh are subject to the specific terms published alongside each campaign. General bonus terms apply where a campaign's own terms are silent on a particular point.
7Betting and Gaming Rules
All bets placed on the 499g platform are subject to the rules of the individual game or betting market. By placing a bet, you confirm you understand and accept the rules of that market or game. The following general provisions apply across all products.
- Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the 499g system, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the player. All bets are final upon confirmation.
- In the event of a technical failure or system error during a game round or bet settlement, 499g will use available server logs and game provider records to determine the correct outcome. The decision of 499g in such matters is final.
- Odds, payout percentages (RTP), and game mechanics are determined by the respective game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others). 499g does not alter game outcomes and is not responsible for variance experienced by individual players.
- Cricket and sports betting markets may be suspended, voided, or settled differently from initial expectations in the event of match abandonment, weather interruption, result reversal, or other extraordinary circumstances as determined by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, or equivalent).
- 499g reserves the right to void any bet that was placed using information obtained through breach of insider information rules, collusion between players, or exploitation of manifest pricing errors in any betting market.
8Responsible Gaming
499g is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We offer tools that allow players to manage their gaming activity and seek help if needed. The following responsible gaming provisions are available to all registered players.
- Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period before becoming active.
- Time-out: Players may apply a temporary time-out of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days during which account access for gaming purposes is suspended. Time-outs cannot be shortened once applied.
- Self-exclusion: Players who feel they need a longer break may request self-exclusion for a minimum period of 6 months. Self-exclusion requests are processed by the support team within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

9Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 499g platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.
- Using the platform to launder money or process the proceeds of criminal activity. 499g employs automated and manual anti-money laundering (AML) monitoring across all accounts and transactions.
- Using automated scripts, bots, AI-assisted betting tools, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
- Registering or operating multiple accounts, whether under your own identity or using false, borrowed, or synthetic identities, with the intent to circumvent promotional eligibility rules or account restrictions.
- Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share cards or strategies in live dealer games, or coordinate bets to exploit the platform's systems.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, decompile, or exploit any part of the 499g platform's software, game logic, or security systems.
10Account Suspension and Closure
499g reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at its discretion. The following are grounds on which an account may be suspended or permanently closed.
- Breach of any provision of these Terms, including eligibility requirements, prohibited activities, or payment terms.
- Failure to complete identity verification within the timeframe requested by 499g during a KYC review.
- A player's voluntary request for account closure, which will be processed within 5 business days. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the player's verified payment method after deducting any outstanding charges.
- Where 499g determines, in its reasonable judgement, that continuing to provide services to an account poses a regulatory, legal, financial, or reputational risk to the platform.
11Intellectual Property
All content available on the 499g platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game interface layouts, graphics, text, promotional materials, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of 499g or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any 499g content without prior written permission. Unauthorised use of 499g's intellectual property will be treated as a serious violation and may result in legal action.
12Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 499g's total liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim. 499g shall not be liable for the following.
- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if 499g has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
- Platform unavailability due to scheduled maintenance, unscheduled technical failure, third-party service disruption (including payment provider outages), or force majeure events.
- Any losses arising from a player's failure to secure their account credentials, including losses resulting from phishing, SIM swapping, or other social engineering attacks not directly attributable to a security failure on 499g's own systems.
13Privacy and Data Protection
499g collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is available on the 499g website.
499g uses SSL encryption to protect data in transit and applies industry-standard security controls to data at rest. 499g will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory bodies where legally required.
14Amendments to These Terms
499g reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 499g will endeavour to notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on their account. However, it remains your responsibility to check these Terms periodically.
Your continued use of the 499g platform after any amendment has been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any change, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].
